Beckett Golfwear – Returns & Refunds Policy

At Beckett Golfwear, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to assist with returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Goods must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or packing slip) is required for all returns.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Beckett Golfwear is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Upon inspection and approval of your returned goods, you will be offered either:

    • refund to your original payment method, or

    • A store credit for use on future purchases.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and approving your return.

Exclusions

  • Sale items, final clearance products, gift cards, and promotional items are not eligible for return or refund, unless required by law.

  • We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or removal of tags.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to swap for another item, please return the original product for a refund or store credit and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. In these cases, Beckett Golfwear will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund.
